Our 6 Sessions to Health program offers one of the most successful weight loss programs available today. Integrating diet, exercise, behavior modification, and lifestyle change tools, our program allows you to eat what you want, while losing on average 3 pounds a week, experience improved blood sugar control, and a reduction in blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
We offer a comprehensive One-Hour education on Coumadin therapy to all new patients and current patients on Coumadin/Warfarin Therapy. After the initial consultation, we monitor patients by a simple finger prick method using the latest technology in INR monitors. INR results are received in an instant and necessary dose changes are made during the same visit.
At this time we accept patients with HMO insurance that have Physician Associates/Health Care Partners and Crown City Medical Group as their IPA.
